The annual ride through the five boroughs of New York City sponsored by Bike New York sold out just 36 hours after registration opened in 2011, leaving many cyclists disappointed. The dVELO members who registered quickly enough had a wonderful time, as you can see from the photos of last year’s ride.
To ensure a spot in this year’s ride, dVELO encourages you to sign up for Bike New York’s e-mail distribution list. As soon as you receive notification that registration is open for this year’s Five Borough Ride, don’t wait! Register immediately!
As always, dVELO will obtain passes for deaf dVELO members who have registered for the Five Borough Ride to start in a special section near the front. Members must have completed all membership requirements in order to receive their passes.
