Did you miss out on the opportunity to ride in Bike New York? Don’t worry – there’s another exciting ride coming up! On May 7, you can participate in a group ride with the president of Gallaudet University while helping raise funds to benefit the Laurent Clerc Cultural Fund of the GUAA. (A small portion will also go to support the US Deaf Cycling Association.)
Ride with Dr. Hurwitz from Gallaudet to Alexandria along the scenic Potomac River. Enjoy an opportunity get to know Dr. Hurwitz and your fellow cyclists at a rest stop in Old Town before returning to Gallaudet. To participate, submit your $25 registration fee by Friday, April 29 (Cyclists under age 12 ride free). To date, the following riders have registered:
