2011 World Deaf Cycling Championships - Cross-country Short Track
The Czech Republic seized the first event of the 2011 World Deaf Cycling Championships. Jan Capek (CZE) was a few bikes behind but he eventually caught Krill Pestov (RUS), who was the leader for almost three laps. Luigi Cucco (ITA) was somewhere in the middle of the pack but slowly passed other cyclists to grab 2nd place by 27 seconds. Pestov maintained his stride and finished third.
