Under 16, You Must Wear a Helmet
Over 16, you should wear one

Make Sure it Fits

  1. Wear it level on your head, not tipped backwards or forwards
  2. The sidestraps should meet under your ears & buckle should be snug under your chin
  3. If it fits correctly, it shouldn’t wobble loosely or squeeze too tightly
  4. When in doubt, ask your local bike shop – if it doesn’t fit, it won’t protect you
