What's Not to Love?

Joyce Wadler wrote an article published in the New York Times titled, "What's Not to Love", about her biking experience in the Five Boro Bike Tour last Sunday. See her article "The Wet, Expensive Bike Ride: What’s Not to Love?" While her article may be comical, she was sincere about how brutally cold and wet last Sunday was for the bikers, but reaching the finish line gave her a great sense of delight. That was pretty much true for everyone else. On that Sunday, 32 dVELO bikers showed up in such great spirit and gathered for an annual dVELO group photograph prior to starting the tour. We were fortunate to pay at a great discount whereas the rest of the bikers had to shell out $341 to ride in the Five Boro Bike Tour.

Congratulations to those riders who endured the 40 cold and wet miles!
